versatile.

Same top. Same pants.

Different hair style. Different shoes. Added sweater. Added glasses.

Today's tip: You can wear one thing so many different ways. When you're shopping, look for pieces that will match other things. For example, if you have the option of buying a bright neon shirt that would pretty much only go with denim jeans, or a floral top (like this one) that can go with different pants, sweaters, and other accessories, go with the versatile one. It's like buying multiple outfits without spending all that money.

Q&A

Q: What do you do when your mom finds a 2XL size shirt with Kelly Kapowski's (from Saved By The Bell) face on it?

A: You buy it and cut it into a slouchy shirt.

I just adore the show Saved By The Bell. That Zach Morris... *swoon*. But what I like about Kelly Kapowski is that the same actress who plays her is also on one of my all time favorite shows, White Collar.

Kelly is my homegirl.

the proposal.

Well, I've worn this outfit before. But this time it was made a whole lot more exciting because I GOT ENGAGED IN IT. my church took a day trip to the DC zoo and that's where John popped the question.

The lesson here is: always care about what your outfit looks like. you never know when you'll get proposed to.

grown up.

I feel very grown up wearing this outfit. To me, I look like an adult instead of a 16 year old (like I usually do). I think it's the wedges. Their one of my favorite pairs of shoes for the following reasons:

1. They aren't too fancy, but they're just enough to dress up your jeans.

2. They go with so many different outfits.

3. They're really comfy and easy to walk in. Fun fact: I did a scavenger hunt in these bad boys before. We won. Another reason I like these shoes.

In other news, I got a new bag. It was $15 at Payless and I just love it. It holds so much stuff in there I feel like Mary Poppins. And look at it. It's just so pretty.
